Mold From Leaking Pipe

This home had a pipe that was leaking and caused the mold you see growing on the ceiling in the first image. Leaks that go unnoticed can often lead to mold growth since mold relies heavily on moisture. 

In order to effectively deal with a mold problem like this, you must first address the moisture problem that is causing it. So that is exactly what we did. As you can see we removed the drywall and replaced it as well as the wet insulation. This helped us to make sure that when we were done, the mold problem was properly taken care of.
