Ensuring the moisture is leaving the area

When water damage occurs in your home or business, the first thing we focus on is removing the standing water. We extract all standing water from the damaged area and then begin to assess the damage. We will remove all wet and damaged materials such as sheetrock, flooring, baseboards, and possibly insulation. Once all wet materials have been removed we then begin to set our our fans and dehumidifiers to assist in drying. These pieces of equipment work overtime to speed up the evaporation process which in turn assists in preventing mold.  We return to check the moisture levels through out the affected area to ensure the area is drying properly.
